There will be no exceptions to the registration requirement and
floats that simply show-up without prior registration will be refused.
Line up begins at 4:00 p.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m.

FRONT BEACH AVE from PORTER AVE (at the Beach Mart)
THE MAXIMUM FLOAT HEIGHT IS 13 FT

I certify, that I am authorized to act on behalf of the members of the aforementioned krewe and have read and understand the rules and regulations regarding participation, both herein and on the website, and that we, all particpants under my direction, do relieve and hold-harmless the Ocean Springs Carnival Association from any liability/responsibility for any damage or injury sustained by any persons while participating in the parade, including those of going to and from the parade location, its route and staging areas.

(1) the Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse participation for any reason, including failure to adhere to rules contained herein, prior year's failure to obey rules/registration guidleines, leud or improper behavior, excessive drunkeness by 'krewe' members and sexually explicit 'throws'.
(2) Commercial Sponsored Floats are those owned/leased by a company, including advertising designed to promote commerce.
(3) A float which charges a fee to ride on a per person basis, creating a 'Krewe' which otherwise throughout the year does not function as a 'Krewe', the proceeds of which are profit to the float's owner
(4) A float owned/leased by a family or group of friends, team, etc which does not include a per person fee as profit to the float's owner and that otherwise acts an identifiable group throughout the year.
(5) Contact OSCA for approval as a Civic Organization
